A friend forwarded this to me yesterday, and it was so disturbing, I had to share it with you. The burned items in the photo are of a cell phone that was answered while it was plugged in. Since it was connected to the outlet, electricity zipped through the phone, and the young man was knocked to the floor as he answered it. His parents rushed him to the hospital, but he was pronounced dead upon arrival. Please share this information with your family and friends. Do NOT answer your phone while it is being charged. If you get a call, UNPLUG your phone first, and then answer it.

For example, in Japan, fresh eggs are sold in refrigerated machines and umbrellas are sold in train and bus stations. Beer is also sold in vending machines in Japan. Though gift registries are often associated with happy celebrations like weddings and childbirth, a British department store is bucking the trend. Debenhams, which has over 150 locations across Britain and Ireland, has launched a divorce registry program that allows people to register for new housewares, appliances and other needs. A spokesman for the store says that divorce is just as life-changing as marriage and childbirth, so why not have a registry for it.
