My name is Jeff McDermott. I'm originally from Detroit (Motor City or Murder City, take your pick), but spent all of my adult life in Savannah, Georgia. I love music so much, I did pretty much everything someone could do around music - record retail, volunteer announcer at a non-profit jazz station, sing karaoke. Everything besides learning to play an actual instrument, that is (I play a mean air guitar though). That's why I'm in radio now - I get to play records and talk all day!
